is crystallinity always highly asymmetric about the middle plane? (right and left half of brain )

From the superimposed diagrams for all the voxels in the same region (slide 18), some of them looked like rotated from each other, could you distinguish a few types of structure so that each grain belongs to one of the types? Not sure if I explained this well enough!

does crystallinity change in case of disease, for example tumor? is it correlated with local pressure?
